    EME410 Engine coolant conditioning system EME410冷却液温度控制系统

     

    The coolant conditioning system EME410 is used for bringing the engine coolant to a free definable temperature and to keep it within tight limits.用于对发动机温度的控制,以保证发动机的主要零部件在最佳温度下工作。

     

    The structure include heat exchanger, electric control valve for water temperature, electric valve for makeup water and ball valve, expand water tank with discharge pressure cover on the top , level sensor and pressure guage. It is mounted system of the antifreeze (and anti rust). 本系统包括热交换器、水温控电动调节阀、补水电磁阀和相应的手动球阀,系统顶部膨胀水箱装有卸压水箱盖、液位传感器和压力显示仪表。有些特别装备了防冻防锈液补液和回液系统。

     

    There are the alarm and stop for the exceed temperature and water lack. Temperature control is adjusted by PID, directly control the water temperature, the outer water temperature set can be changed by the control computer. 系统具有超温、缺水报警停机等安全功能。采用西门子电动比例调节阀门,可以直接实现出水温度控制,可以由试验台计算机改变出水温度设定。
